About AskBioMap

AskBioMap is a map of how the human body connects, made for curious adults and the people who look after them, and free to use for now.

Why it exists

Health information usually arrives one topic at a time: a page on iron, another on tiredness, another on the thyroid. In the body, those things are connected. AskBioMap puts them on one map, so you can see how a nutrient, a habit, a hormone and a symptom relate to each other, and how strong the evidence is for each link.

The aim is understanding. A clearer picture of how your body works makes it easier to follow advice, to ask good questions, and to spot the claims that do not hold up.

What makes it different

  • Evidence on every connection. Each of the 433 connections is graded established, supported, emerging or contested, and names the source that states it, with a direct link.
  • Plain English. Written for adults without a science background, with the technical terms explained in the glossary.
  • Private by design. No account, no cookies, no tracking. What you save stays on your device.
  • Australian sources first. healthdirect, Pathology Tests Explained, the Therapeutic Goods Administration and other Australian services lead the reference list.
  • Made for better conversations with your GP. Save questions as you read and print them for your next appointment.

Who it is for

AskBioMap is for adults aged 18 and over: people who want to understand their body, people preparing for an appointment, carers, adult learners, and health professionals and educators who want a visual way to explain how things connect. It is general education, so it does not replace advice from someone who knows your health.

Who makes it

AskBioMap is a HuBu-Intel venture. HuBu-Intel is the brand of HUBUINTEL PTY LTD, ABN 22 702 195 355, a Sydney business hub at Barangaroo. It advises, trains, and builds ventures. Training is private professional development, not a registered training organisation and not an AQF qualification.

Version 2.0.6 of AskBioMap was released on 20 October 2026. It rebuilt the map, the content and the tools from the ground up, with every source re-read.
